Please read these terms of use carefully before using this website, which belongs to Echo Global Logistics, Inc. (the “Website”).    The use of the Website are governed by these Terms and Conditions of Use (the “T&C”), which may be amended by Echo Global Logistics, Inc. (“Echo”) at any time, with or without notice.
Age Requirement:  In order to access, view or use the Website, you must be 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority for the jurisdiction in which you reside or the jurisdiction that you are accessing the Website, as defined by said jurisdiction.
Agreement to Terms and Conditions of Use:  By accessing, viewing or using the Website, you and the entity that you are authorized to represent (collectively, “You”) signify your agreement to be bound by the terms of use in the T&C. Echo aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.

The collection of this information may require the use of cookies, IP addresses or other numeric identifiers.  Unless otherwise specified, this data is used for internal purposes within Echo and its subsidiaries.  Echo uses collected information for, among other things, maintenance of the Website, marketing and for purposes related to the functioning of Echo’s business.  If as a requirement to registration to all or any part of the Website, information about you is requested, which may include, among other things, your name, address, telephone number or email address, we will not disclose or sell that information to third-parties outside of the Echo family of companies.  Except as otherwise specified, Echo may share your personally identifiable information with third parties if (1) reasonably necessary to provide requested services to you, (2) authorized by you, or (3) Echo is required to do so by law or regulation, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary (a) to conform or comply with any legal, regulatory, law enforcement or similar requirement or investigation, (b) to enforce the T&C, or (c) to protect or defend our rights or property or that of any other user. Responsibility for Compliance of Use of the Website in Your Jurisdiction:  Use of the Website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction where all or any portion of the Website may violate any legal requirements; you agree not to access the Website in any such jurisdiction. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:  The T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.  Any action brought by Echo, or you or an individual or entity that you represent or are an authorized agent of related to the enforcement of the T&C or, in connection with, any matters related to the Website shall be brought only in either state or Federal Courts located in Cook County, Illinois. 
Enforcement and Waiver of T&C:  Failure or delay in Echo exercising or enforcing any rights, terms or conditions provided for in the T&C shall not constitute a waiver, nor will any partial exercise of any right, term or condition preclude Echo from further exercising or pursuing said right, term or condition.
Severability:  If any of the provisions of the T&C is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid (in whole or in part for any reason), the remainder of the T&C shall remain in full force and effect without being impaired or invalidated in any way; said severed provision shall be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall govern such use. 
Full Integration of Terms and Conditions:  The T&C contains the entire agreement between You and Echo with respect to the Website.  There are no oral or unwritten agreements or representations by Echo related to the use of the Website.  The T&C supersedes all previous agreements, if any, and undertakings with respect to the Website.
